8eyond offers physical wellness products and digital content for educational purposes. Our mission is to help individuals navigate life's challenges, and support their physical and mental well-being.

- 8eyond's objective is to help women over 40 live in a healthy body. The information provided on this Site is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
- We make no guarantees about individual results. Each journey is unique.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8eyond and its affiliates from and against all losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Albuquerque, New Mexico, rather than in court. By agreeing to these terms,
you and 8eyond are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. This clause does not preclude parties from seeking equitable relief for the protection of intellectual property rights.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
