Thank you for your order from Beyond. We are committed to getting your wellness products to you in a timely and efficient manner. This policy details our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.

Shipping options and estimated delivery

United States (lower 48 states)

  • Standard shipping: 2-4 business days - $5.50
  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days - $11.00

Canada

  • International shipping: 3-5 business days - $19.00

United Kingdom

  • International shipping: 3-5 business days - $20.00

Australia

  • International shipping: 3-5 business days - $25.00

New Zealand

  • International shipping: 3-5 business days - $25.00

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.


Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and may be collected upon delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@8eyond.com.

Shipping issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@8eyond.com within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you entered a wrong address, contact us immediately - we may be able to update it before the order ships.

Orders refused or returned by customs

If an international order is refused or returned by customs authorities due to unpaid duties, product restrictions, or any other reason, we are unable to offer a refund for that order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that dietary supplements can be imported into their country and to pay any applicable customs fees upon delivery.
