1. Our Policy: No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the health, safety, and personal nature of our supplement products, and because each item is produced on-demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other personal reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions: When a Refund or Replacement is Offered
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if your order meets one of the following criteria:
- The item arrived clearly damaged or defective (e.g., broken seal, damaged packaging).
- The item was lost in transit by the carrier.
- You received an incorrect item.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must follow these steps:
- Contact Us Within 30 Days: You must contact our support team at support@8eyond.com within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.
- Provide Required Information: Your email must include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged/defective/incorrect item. This is required for us to process a claim with our supplier.
Claims submitted outside of the 30-day window or without the required proof cannot be processed.
4. Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will only refund the cost of the products. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products (guides, downloadable materials, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
