User Data Deletion
At Beyond Wellness, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have used our Facebook Login integration to access your account or our members' area (my.beyond-family.com) and wish to have your associated data deleted, please follow the instructions below.
How to request data deletion
According to Meta Platform rules, we provide a manual way for you to request the deletion of your information:
Email us: Send a request to hello@beyond-family.com.
Subject Line: Please use the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Details: Include the email address associated with your Facebook account and your Beyond Wellness account.
What happens next?
Our team will process your request within 48 hours.
We will permanently remove your customer profile and any data retrieved via the Facebook API (such as your name and email) from our systems.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
